Tales Of Xillia 2 Announced For PS3
Early this morning, Namco Bandai announced the next Tales game. It’s a full-fledged sequel to Tales of Xillia, and it’s again exclusive to the PS3. Events in the game take place a year after the original ToX and stars Ludgar as the protagonist with his cat, Lulu.
Ufotable will again provide animation for the anime cutscenes in the game, with Ayumi Hamasaki singing the theme song to the game. ToX2’s battle system will be a modified “Cross Double-Raid Linear Motion Battle System” (CD-R LiMBS).

Though the current release date is only “Winter 2012” for Japan, this is also around the time that the rumored Tales of Xillia North American and PAL release is supposedly coming as well. More on the game will come on the 27th.
